Before retiring, steep a bag of BeneCleanse ToxLeave Tea in 8 oz. of hot water for two minutes. The special nutrients will assist the body in stimulating peristaltic contractions to help promote normal elimination in the morning. Each person's digestive system is different. So, if the cleansing response is not strong enough, then increase the steeping time. If it is too strong, reduce the steeping time until you achieve the proper cleansing response. BeneCleanse ToxLeave Tea should not be steeped more than 10 minutes.
On an empty stomach, mix one scoop of BeneCleanse Herbal Powder with 8 oz. of water and drink it quickly. While on this cleanse program, you will have to drink eight glasses of water a day. You may mix BeneCleanse with diluted fruit juice or other favorite beverages, but they should not be counted as substitutes of pure water.
Drink at least eight 8oz. glasses of water each day.

This maintenance program will help rebuild healthy intestinal flora, nourish intestinal cells, provide immune support and continue to promote healthy elimination.
If bowel irregularity or constipation recurs or persists after day 30, we recommend that you take the BeneCleanse Herbal Powder on a daily basis, along with two capsules daily of BeneCleanse MultiFibe. You may continue the BeneCleanse Herbal Powder as long as you need it.
